DMCA / Copyright Policy

xhamster.eu.cc respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how to notify us of alleged copyright infringement.

Important: we do not host content

xhamster.eu.cc is a search engine and aggregator. We do not produce, upload, host, or store any videos. Content is hosted on third-party websites, and we only display links to, or embedded players of, that material. The most effective way to have content removed is to contact the website that actually hosts the file. Nevertheless, on receipt of a valid notice we will promptly remove the relevant link or embed from xhamster.eu.cc.

How to file a copyright notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, you may submit a written notice that includes all of the following:

Where to send your notice

Send your complete notice to our designated copyright agent at dmca@xhamster.eu.cc. Incomplete notices cannot be processed. We aim to respond to valid requests within a few business days.

Counter-notification

If you believe a link to your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, xhamster.eu.cc will disable or remove links associated with sources that are the subject of repeated, valid copyright complaints.

For age-related or record-keeping matters, see our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
